About the Role:

We are seeking a Configuration and Development Specialist to join our Product Development Admin Team. As a Configuration and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, developing and enabling product designs, and investigating, identifying and resolving system problems.

  • Liaising with end users and stakeholders to provide resolutions to resolve any issues of large-scale projects
  • Working with key business and IT stakeholders on product prioritisation
  • Managing the product lifecycle whilst developing and enabling the product designs
  • Providing effective knowledge upskilling and development to other team members and 3rd parties
  • Investigating, identifying and resolving system problems

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in a multi-disciplined project team and providing technical input to IT projects. You will also need experience of toolset administration, configuration and implementation with configuration management tools. Additionally, you will need Windows Server and SQL administration skills.
