Senior Data Modeller Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Modeller to join our dynamic team at RED Global for a 6-month assignment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects within a cloud-based environment (preferably AWS), optimizing data models and architecture to support key analytical use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and enhance domain data mart models to align with data strategy and analytical needs.
  • Design, develop, and standardize models in collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.
  • Develop and maintain design guardrails, standards, and processes across data management and engineering governance.
  • Ensure data query performance, storage partitioning (AWS S3), data lifecycle management, and business logic development are optimally handled.
  • Provide high-quality data modelling and technical consistency across various domains.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in data design patterns and optimization across cloud-based environments (preferably AWS).
  • Strong experience in large object file systems (AWS S3), RDBMS, and cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift).
  • Extensive knowledge of data modelling methodologies (3NF, Dimensional, Data Vault).
  • Experience building queries and utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
