Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and technical Automotive Service / Centre Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven success as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager within the Automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and motivating the team, driving the teams sales and providing training to the team when necessary
  • Leading the operation and daily running of the depot
  • Maintain the security of the branch, its stock, assets, customer information, and takings.
  • Maintain accurate stock control systems and processes and make available for audit in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure that equipment and machinery is regularly maintained and serviced to allow safe operation.
  • Ensure stock deliveries are stored and booked into stock on the day of delivery

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrable success within a sales environment
  • Technical or Mechanical experience
  • Experience of managing multiple priorities
  • Working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements
  • A good understanding of car technology
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Experience of account management
  • A full UK Driving Licence
