Governance and Compliance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance and Compliance Manager to join our team at Compass Associates Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of governance and compliance across our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless governance and compliance processes
  • Develop and implement data mapping strategies to enhance compliance
  • Conduct audits and quality assurance activities to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage incident reports and support the development of policies and procedures
  • Lead risk assessments, analysis, and management to mitigate potential threats
  • Support the Head of Governance in deputizing and strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or qualified by demonstrable experience in a clinical area
  • Proven experience in regulatory requirements, compliance, and risk management
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
  • Ability to research best practices and implement improvements across teams
