About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Recovery Worker. As a key member of our Supported Housing service in Sudbury, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalised support plans to empower individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations
- Provide emotional support and guidance to help individuals overcome challenges and maintain their wellbeing
- Work closely with individuals, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless support and care
