We are looking for a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker at Croft Meadow. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.
Your role will involve assisting service users with their daily activities, such as washing, dressing, and promoting independence where possible. You will also be responsible for using the latest care technology to enable you to spend more time with the service users that you care for.
