Business Development Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion for our client.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and closing sales orders.

Our client is a leading provider of advanced telecommunications solutions, serving mission and business-critical networks worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and build new customer relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets.
  • Present telecommunications solutions to potential users.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote products and services.
Expectations
  • Achieve a minimum annual revenue of £1,000,000.
  • Possess a strong understanding of our client's products and industry competition.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and time management abilities.
Compensation Package
  • Basic salary of £50,000+ per annum, depending on experience.
  • Commission package.
  • Car allowance.
  • Laptop and mobile phone.
  • 20 days of annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays and 1 day of birthday leave).
  • Pension scheme enrollment after 3 months of employment.
  • 6-month probation period.
