About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team in Hayle. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, providing emotional support and assisting with daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive difference in people's lives.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Contract Options

We offer a range of contract options, including full-time and part-time positions. Our services are 24hr care, and we prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure you can plan your personal and social life.
