Investment Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Operations Analyst to join our Global Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing premier service delivery and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of our Investment Book of Record (IBOR) to our end clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients and internal partners.
- Manage the lifecycle of client products, including broker matching, custodial network management, and lifecycle events.
- Ensure timely settlement of trades and cash, and manage claims and overdrafts.
- Develop and maintain robust standard operating policies (SOPs), procedures, and guidelines to meet corporate risk and control standards.
- Participate in client service reviews and other client meetings, and provide communication updates to clients and internal partners.
- Seek opportunities to improve service levels and efficiency, and take ownership of key projects and tasks.
- Extensive understanding of OTC instruments, Exchange Traded Derivatives, Fixed Income Securities, and Equity products.
- Experience in Investment Operations, including trades, cash, and reconciliations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships across stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technology, service, product, and other operations teams.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
