About the Project

This project offers a unique opportunity for a skilled craftsman to showcase their expertise in various trades, including snagging, painting, plastering, carpentry, and brickwork.

Key Duties
  • Deliver high-quality snagging services to meet customer expectations
  • Carry out painting, plastering, and carpentry work as required
  • Assist with brickwork and other construction-related tasks
Requirements and Qualifications
  • CSCS Card (preferred but not necessary)
  • Able to provide own tools and PPE
  • Proven experience working as a multi-trade specialist
Remuneration and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is £20.00ph CIS or Umbrella payments, or £18.00 PAYE. Payments are made weekly, every Friday, ensuring financial stability and predictability.
