About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, ensuring that our brand is consistently represented across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design and develop marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media content, and website copy
  • Manage and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in a digital marketing position, with a focus on strategy and execution
  • Excellent understanding of sales and marketing principles, including customer journey mapping and lead generation
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, including email marketing software and social media management platforms
