We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Assessor to join our team at SJB Services UK Ltd. As a Clinical Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing individuals and how their disabilities or conditions affect their work life.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals, taking into account their medical history and current condition.
- Produce accurate and concise reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) to inform benefit eligibility decisions.
- Work collaboratively with individuals, their healthcare teams, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive assessments.
- Stay up-to-date with best practice standards and guidelines in healthcare assessment.
- NMC Level 1 Registered Adult Nurse with a minimum of 12 months broad-based clinical post-registration experience within the past 5 years.
- Experience of working with adults in a range of clinical situations, including surgical, medical, A&E, community, and practice nursing.
- NMC-registered with Continuous Professional Development on your CV.
- Strong IT skills and experience of using a range of software.
- Self-aware and focused on professional development.
- Motivated to contribute to quality customer service, demonstrating empathy, respect, and sensitivity in assessment delivery.
