Job Title: UXUI Designer

At Response Informatics, we're seeking a talented UXUI Designer to join our team. As a UXUI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research and competitor analysis to gain a deep understanding of user needs and market trends.
  • Create user personas, user stories, and storyboards to guide design processes and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to illustrate design concepts and bring ideas to life.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs and meet business objectives.
  • Maintain a competitive edge by staying updated with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in design.
  • Provide guidance on UX research techniques and testing activities, sharing expertise to enhance the design process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a solid understanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving aptitude.
Good-to-have Skills:
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices.
  • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture, applying this knowledge to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like Axure or InVision, bringing designs to life and testing user interactions.
