Job Summary

The role of Administrative Assistant to the Head of Prep School and Admissions involves providing high-level administrative support to the Head of Prep School and Admissions. This includes managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and preparing routine correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Head of Prep School and Admissions' schedule and calendar
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records
  • Provide administrative support for meetings and events
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience in a school setting is not essential, but training can be provided on Admissions processes.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time, term-time plus 20 days role, working 45 hours per week, 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is £22,500 per annum. Other benefits include a Company Pension scheme, free lunch, free car parking, and free gym membership.
