Job Summary:

DX Network Services Limited is seeking a skilled 7.5T Delivery Driver to join our team. As a 7.5T Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering customers' products to their required premises, ensuring exceptional customer service as part of a multi-drop delivery route. You will transport products safely to customers' premises, treating their freight as if it were your own.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent DX Network Services Limited in a professional manner at all times.
• Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements at all times.
• Undertake all daily checks, reporting defects immediately and completing correct paperwork.
• Ensure all products are scanned using DX scanning equipment.
• Load deliveries safely prior to leaving the depot.
• Observe DX procedures and policies at all times.
• Manage your routing to ensure premium and timed deliveries are achieved.
• Ensure the correct equipment and PPE are in good order and used at all times.
• Report all delivery and on-road issues to the traffic office immediately.
• Ensure customers receive their deliveries in excellent condition every time.
• Deal with customer issues in a polite and effective manner.
• Make collections in line with given instructions and times.

Essential Criteria:

• Hold a valid C1 or above licence with a valid DQC and Tacho card.
• Maximum of 6 points on your licence and no bans.
• Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to build a rapport with customers.
