Customer and Trading Manager Role

We're looking for a skilled Customer and Trading Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. As a Customer and Trading Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our store runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store's performance and team's performance
  • Plan resources effectively and ensure customers are delighted
  • Run the shift during the day, managing the team's performance and time
  • Give a thorough handover to the next Manager at the end of every shift
