Senior Town Planner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join our client's expanding team in the North West of England. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be responsible for managing a range of planning projects, providing expert advice to clients, and overseeing the full lifecycle of planning applications.

About the Role:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of planning applications for public and private sector clients.
  • Offer expert planning guidance on development projects.
  • Liaise with local authorities, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Stay updated on planning policies, legislation, and local development plans.

About You:

  • RTPI membership (or actively working towards it).
  • Strong background in town planning, preferably within a consultancy environment.
  • Excellent understanding of UK planning regulations and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
