Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education and Learning Support Professional to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant in our Primary School setting, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching staff and providing high-quality support to pupils, promoting their academic progress and well-being.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will be responsible for providing tailored support to pupils who require additional assistance, establishing positive relationships with pupils, and assisting with lesson planning and delivery.

Key Requirements:
  • A strong academic background, preferably with an honours degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the department.
Our Benefits:
