Job Details
This is a full-time position, and you will be working in a hybrid environment. You will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, including identifying titles, carrying out searches, and reporting on title. You will also be expected to carry out exchange and completion, as well as pre- and post-completion Land Registry Searches. If you have a strong background in Residential Conveyancing and a passion for delivering exceptional client service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage client files and ensure all deadlines and client expectations are met
* Provide supervision to junior fee earners and training and mentoring to junior staff members
* Contribute to the development of the department's marketing strategy
* Adhere to firm guidelines on risk management and law society compliance
* Deal with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, including title identification, search work, and post-completion matters
