We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at HMP Lindholme, a Category C/D men's prison located in the UK. As the sole Psychiatrist for the site, you will provide mental health services to approximately 1000 male patients, averaging 6-8 patients per day.

This is a part-time opportunity, working 3 days a week, 8am-4pm, with the possibility of completing some administrative tasks remotely. The annual salary for this position is up to £182,778, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision to senior mental health clinicians and lead the team in service developments
  • Participate in the strategic direction of the mental health service and engage in multi-professional complex case reviews
  • Review referrals, determine treatment plans, and conduct risk assessments within the multi-disciplinary team
