ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Conveyancer to join their team in Bridgend. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in residential property matters and be able to manage a caseload from inception through to conclusion. This includes sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.

The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, with a proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning. They must be organized, process-driven, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders.

• Manage a caseload of residential property matters
