Sports Hall Operations Coordinator

About the Role
Emanuel School is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our thriving sports department as a Sports Hall Administrator. This part-time role will provide administrative support services, with a focus on the provision and operation of our sports facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Update the sports website with upcoming fixtures and events
- Act as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, and staff
- Order and maintain sports equipment, supplies, and first aid kits
- Replace used stock and order supplies as needed
- Provide administrative support for sports events and programs
About You
We are looking for a personable and enthusiastic individual with previous experience in delivering efficient and organized administrative support services. You will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database software, and have experience updating and amending websites. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as a keen eye for detail to ensure the efficient running of a busy program.
