Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our team at CLevelCrossing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance and accounting function, increasing operational support, overseeing transaction processing systems, and managing external relationships.

About Us

CLevelCrossing is a private equity backed fully managed clinical service provider working closely with the NHS across the whole of the UK. With unprecedented healthcare demands on the NHS system, our client is preparing for rapid growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the finance and accounting function to provide strategic guidance and support to the business.
  2. Increase the level of operational support the finance function can provide, including KPI analysis and management information.
  3. Oversee the organisations transaction processing systems to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  4. Manage external relationships with banks, investors, auditors, lawyers etc.
  5. Be a peer-level commercial asset to the SMT and CEO with regard to all commercial decision making.
  6. Take a lead role in any M&A activity, including exit strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record as an experienced CFO, preferably in a private equity backed business.
  • A positive, solution-focused attitude and personality.
  • Previous experience working in a scale-up/rapid growth SME.
  • Reasonable systems literacy and experience in a highly service-driven business.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is £120,000-£150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
