About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our successful Telesales team in Skelmersdale. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building and enhancing customer relationships, matching products to customers' needs, and providing quotations and ordering services.

The ideal candidate will have outbound telesales experience and a proven track record of longevity. They will be able to learn product and pricing information, build great business relations, and think on their feet to provide solutions. A passion for customer care and a competitive nature is essential for success in this role.

This permanent full-time position offers a salary range of £23,625 - £27,000 with OTE £38,700, along with great working hours, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours). You will also receive training opportunities within the business, free parking onsite, amazing employee discounts, 31 days holiday, and other benefits such as improved parental and paternity leave.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and enhancing customer relationships through outbound telesales.
  • Matching products to customers' needs through cross-selling.
  • Providing quotations and ordering services for customers.

You Will Need:
  • Outbound telesales experience and a proven track record of longevity.
  • To learn product and pricing information.
  • To build great business relations and think on your feet to provide solutions.
