Speech Therapist Role at Adara Home Health

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients. As a Speech Therapist at Adara Home Health, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care services.

Key responsibilities of this role include administering speech and language evaluations, establishing treatment goals, and providing speech therapy treatments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing clinical and progress notes, and reporting to physicians and case managers as needed.

This is a per-visit, flexible schedule position that requires traveling to multiple locations throughout Minnesota. The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year based on location and experience.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least two years of experience in a healthcare setting and hold a valid driver's license and proof of car insurance when using your personal vehicle for company business.

Requirements for this role include a graduate degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program, certification by the American Speech and Hearing Association, and current licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer speech and language evaluations and basic informal audiological assessments.
  • Establish treatment goals, maintain current care plans, and reassess clients.
  • Provide speech therapy treatments, procedures, evaluations, and diagnostic tests under physician direction.
