Job Description:

As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at our Colwick and Leicester sites. You will collaborate with site management to promote a proactive work culture that prioritises safety, conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and lead incident investigations, providing guidance on policy updates and offering hands-on support for safety improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at our Colwick and Leicester sites.
  • Collaborate with site management to promote a proactive work culture that prioritises safety.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring recommendations are implemented.
  • Lead incident investigations, provide guidance on policy updates, and offer hands-on support for safety improvements.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and fostering a collaborative safety-first culture.
Salary:

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.
