As a Gardener with phs Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality gardening services to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining customers' floral displays and hanging baskets, installing, cleaning, watering, and trimming where necessary. You will also be expected to follow planned routes, using PDA devices to confirm job requirements, attendance, and to manage any site access issues.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and success of the phs Group. We offer a competitive salary of up to £25,000 to £26,500 + £500 performance bonus (based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday) and a range of benefits, including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (31 days in total), a holiday buy and sell scheme after 6 months of service, career progression opportunities, a 24-hour personal welfare helpline, pension, and PHS Perks discount card accepted at over 850 retailers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good safety record, preferred qualifications in PA1, PA6, Lantra, and NPTC, and a full UK driving license held for at least 12 months with less than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements of less than five years. A trailer licence can also be beneficial.
