Account Manager Role

Connect Appointments is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and work with a high-profile client in Broxburn. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders, developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to boost revenue, and contributing to business development and new business acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders, including international clients.
  • Contribute to business development and new business acquisition, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Account Management and commercial literacy.
  • Customer-centred approach and strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced/sales environment.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
