Oculus Legal Group is seeking an experienced Legal Practice Manager to lead the administration function in our Dispute Resolution Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the preparation of agendas, minutes, and data for departmental meetings.
- Provide diary management and scheduling support for the Head of Department.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to processing complaints.
- Gather and update billing information for Fee Earners.
- Liaise with the Accounts team to ensure accurate forecasting and billing.
- Conduct Fee Earner administration meetings and provide feedback to the Head of Department.
- Lead departmental business development meetings and provide feedback to the Head of Department and Business Relationships Manager.
- Assist with answering incoming calls and provide administrative support as needed.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to implement department-wide projects and initiatives.
- Conduct audits of information held on internal systems.
- High personal standards of work and attention to detail.
- Prior management experience and strong commercial awareness.
- Previous experience as a Senior PA/EA, Senior Legal Secretary, or Legal Administration Manager.
- Salary up to £35,000 DOE.
