Student Success Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Student Success Advocate to join our team at beBee Professionals in Eastbourne. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers to develop and implement effective learning plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teachers to identify and address the needs of students with special educational needs.
- Provide tailored support to students, either one-on-one or in small groups, to help them overcome learning barriers.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional well-being.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
