Primary School Teacher

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to join our team at a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Plymouth. As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to students in Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities- Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of students in Key Stage 2.
- Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Assess and record student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform future lesson planning.
- Classroom Environment: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support student learning and well-being.
- Extracurricular Activities: Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance student experiences.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) qualification.
- Primary School Experience: Have experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Key Stage 2.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Commitment to Student Learning: Be committed to fostering a positive learning environment and inspiring students to reach their full potential.
