About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our Engineering Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and monitoring of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of our products, working closely with other areas of the business and our customers.
  • Provide expert technical knowledge and solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Identify technical debt and implement strategies to pay it down.
  • Advocate and lead the design review process.
  • Mentor technical performance within the team and across the business.
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical domain design skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability in mentoring technical performance within a team and across a business.
  • Experience defining and describing an architecture of a system.
  • Experience highlighting training requirements within a multi-discipline agile team.
