Store Manager

Deichmann Shoes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at our Corby Branch. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Motivate and coach the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Lead by example in promoting and upselling products, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
- Draft and manage rotas, ensuring payroll budgets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Oversee stock management, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock losses.
- Analyze sales figures and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, including merchandising and administration.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to identify and develop talent within the store.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to analyze sales data.
- Methodical and organized approach to work, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
As a Store Manager at Deichmann Shoes, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus commission and annual bonuses. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a team of like-minded professionals.
