Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an interesting and varied caseload of commercial property matters, including consortium agreements, sale and purchase of land or property by charities, planning agreements, and property mortgaging/finance.
  • Maintain a well-organised file management system, adhering to timescales and compliance.
  • Act as the Diocesan Registrars for Salisbury and Winchester, advising on Ecclesiastical property matters.
  • Maintain continuing professional development requirements and take an active interest in furthering your knowledge within the field of law.

Requirements

  • SQE (Solicitor Qualifying Exam) with little to no PQE (Post Qualified Experience).
  • Ambitious and results-driven individual with a personable and professional approach.
  • IT proficient with an enthusiastic, positive, proactive, and commercially focused mindset.
