As a Retail Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through effective product promotion.

About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, providing expert advice to customers, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals. You will also be required to maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and ensuring all products are correctly priced and stocked.

The Ideal Candidate: To succeed in this role, you should have a strong passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a drive to deliver results. You should be able to work well under pressure, meet sales targets, and maintain a high level of product knowledge. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn, take on new challenges, and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, recommending products, and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, product releases, and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and ensuring all products are correctly priced and stocked.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and support each other in meeting sales targets.
