We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Sanders Senior Living. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of Chalkwell Grange.

About the Role:

The Deputy Manager will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Home Manager in the management of the care home
  • Leading a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the home, including administrative tasks and maintenance
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of residents

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a care management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations
