Insurance Performance Manager Role Overview

Aviva is seeking a dynamic Insurance Performance Manager to join our Retail team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take ownership and deliver first-class customer and commercial outcomes for one of the country's largest insurers.

About the Role

The Insurance Performance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing proposition strategies to achieve business goals. This will involve driving strong portfolio performance, leading and engaging teams, and making informed decisions based on analysis of various sources of information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement proposition strategies to achieve business goals
  • Drive strong portfolio performance by taking ownership and driving initiatives
  • Lead, engage, influence, and motivate direct and virtual teams to deliver desired outcomes
  • Analyse various sources of information to make informed decisions and action
  • Work in a collaborative and supportive environment that thrives on creativity

Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the personal lines insurance market
  • Natural curiosity and desire to drive the business forward
  • Ability to inspire high performance through excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence in challenging the status quo, leading change, simplifying, and adapting at pace
  • Experience in managing projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes

What You'll Get

  • Salary of Circa £50,000 (National) and Circa £60,000 (London) (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's
