We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at Loughview Leisure. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality breakfast services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to the highest standards
• Manage the breakfast service, ensuring timely delivery and excellent presentation
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues with kitchen equipment
• Manage food wastage through efficient procedures
• Participate in in-house training to maintain personal knowledge and skills

Requirements:

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent in food preparation
• 1 year's experience as a breakfast chef in a busy kitchen environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills with kitchen, front-of-house, and management staff
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
• Right to work in the UK
