Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Compassionate Care Specialist to join our team of skilled caregivers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care services to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
About the Role
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our clients, their families, and our care team to develop personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences. You will provide comprehensive care services, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and emotional support. Your exceptional communication skills and empathy will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients, fostering trust and understanding.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care services to clients, adhering to their individualized care plans
* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Administer medication safely and accurately, following established protocols
* Support clients with mobility issues, using equipment such as walkers or wheelchairs if necessary
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, incidents, and medication administration
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a caregiving role
* Valid certifications in first aid and CPR
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
