Lead Excellent Nursing Care Overnight as a Charge Nurse

A prestigious care home, renowned for its premium services, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to fill the role of Charge Nurse. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team and provide exceptional nursing care during nighttime hours.

The care home is designed to provide the highest quality of life for individuals with complex health and care needs, including age-related and dementia-related conditions, physical disabilities, and neurological conditions. The team offers specialist care for younger residents with spinal injuries and ABI.

As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective care plans, making key decisions, and leading the team as a model of best practice. You will work in a considerate and restful therapeutic environment, ensuring the well-being of residents.
