Hotel Front Desk Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Harbour Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hotel reservations and check-in/check-out processes
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Provide information and recommendations on local attractions and services
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements

• Minimum of one year's experience in a hotel reception or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Knowledge of hotel reservations systems (e.g. OPERA or Reslynx) is a plus
