Advanced Lived Experience KUF Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Advanced Lived Experience KUF Development Lead to join our team at East London NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in KUF training and development to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality KUF training programs for staff within the London Offender Personality Disorder Pathway.
- Lead and supervise a cohort of KUF trainers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with service leads and other stakeholders to promote the principles of recovery-oriented practice and support the development of peer support and lived experience practice within the organization.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of the internal KUF offer, sharing best practices and expertise with other Lived Experience KUF Development Leads.
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with a strong focus on research, writing, or analysis.
- Extensive experience in KUF training delivery, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience of working with individuals with mental health difficulties and complex emotional problems or personality disorder.
- Personal experience of personality disorder or complex mental health problems associated with personality difficulties.
