About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at Soho House & Co. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that the food we deliver to our members and guests is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations
  • Plate to company standards
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile kitchen in a similar senior role
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible and available to work varying shift times, including evenings, weekends, and opens & closes
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects by hand
  • Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
  • Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb as required
Working Hours
  • Varying shift times across the seven days
  • Average hours 32-45 hours per week
