Activities and Wellbeing Programme Coordinator

Job Summary:
Olive Recruit is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activities and Wellbeing Lead to join our team. As an Activities and Wellbeing Lead, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning and delivering a stimulating programme of activities that promote emotional and physical well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a diverse range of activities that cater to the interests and needs of our residents.
- Organize group and individual activities, as well as community events and external outings.
- Collaborate with care staff to ensure that activities are tailored to meet the needs of residents with varying abilities and needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to access resources and opportunities for residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a full-time Activities and Wellbeing Lead or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding dignity, privacy, equality, diversity, and respect for residents' rights.
