We are seeking a highly skilled Bodyshop Assessment Professional to join our team at Holt Recruitment. This is a permanent role with opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as ongoing training and support.
About the Position:
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a parts background, preferably within a dealership or Bodyshop, and a strong understanding of vehicle repairs and maintenance. They will use their expertise to accurately assess vehicle damage, using computerised estimating systems to calculate costings and repair time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess vehicle damage to determine the extent of repairs required, utilising technical knowledge and analytical skills
- Use computerised estimating systems to calculate costings and repair time, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the assessment process
- Liaise with insurance engineers and customers to provide updates on the assessment process, maintaining open and transparent communication throughout
