Key Responsibilities:- To identify new business opportunities and generate leads through targeted outreach and marketing efforts.
- To conduct thorough investment needs analyses, providing clients with tailored solutions that meet their unique objectives.
- To develop and implement effective strategies for portfolio growth, leveraging expertise in financial planning principles and investment strategies.
- To maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including obtaining necessary documentation and submitting regular reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, with Level 4 or Level 7 certification as a Financial Advisor and RDR compliance.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving portfolio growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and preferences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000-$110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location considerations.
