**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Accurately complete courtesy car insurance paperwork, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order
  • Quote, introduce, and sell Service Plans to customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service at all times, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships

**Requirements:**

  • 12 months of experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
  • Full UK driving license

**Desirable Requirements:**

  • Franchised dealership experience
  • Kerridge or Pinnacle experience

**Remuneration and Benefits:**

  • Basic salary of up to £29,000 DOE
  • On-target earnings of £35,000
  • Monday to Friday working hours, with no weekends
  • Great benefits package
