Job Title: Onboarding Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Onboarding Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of new products, institutional client mandates, and strategic offerings. This individual will work closely with various lines of business to identify onboarding requirements, design comprehensive operating models, and coordinate onboarding efforts across all aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Client Services, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology to identify onboarding requirements and design solutions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operating models to support new strategic offerings, leveraging existing systems and capabilities.
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding efforts, including identifying areas of focus, risks, and timelines.
  • Develop project plans, key milestones, and servicing requirements for onboarding efforts.
  • Develop effective communication plans, including management reporting, tracking, and presentations to senior management.
  • Facilitate best practice process management with operational and administrative areas of the organization.
  • Lead a team of individuals responsible for onboarding coordination and execution.
  • Ensure timely account opening, both internally and externally with service providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services operations.
  • Broad knowledge of the securities industry and various investment vehicles.
  • Knowledge of general securities rules and financial industry regulations.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
