Oncology Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse to join our client's clinical homecare company. This role is field-based, allowing you to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing bloods, toxicity assessments, IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, line care, and IM/SC injections to patients in their homes
- Supporting patients with their treatment plans and providing education on their conditions
- Working independently to manage your workload and itinerary
- Traveling extensively between patients, requiring a full UK driving license
Requirements:
- Experience as a nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- Formal Oncology qualification or SACT passport
- In-house Oncology training to administer SACT, cannulation, and venepuncture competency
- Basic IT skills
