Role Overview:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients, understanding their unique recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Talent Sourcing: Build a robust candidate pipeline through various channels, including job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on key trends and developments within the public sector recruitment landscape.
  • Mentoring and Management: Mentor and support junior consultants, helping them achieve their KPIs and develop their careers. Manage team performance by setting clear KPIs and providing regular feedback and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a 360-recruitment consultant, ideally within the public sector or with temp recruitment.
  • Professionalism and confidentiality in handling recruitment processes.
